UX Design

For the past 2 years, I have been working in UI/UX design for HeatlhPlanOne, LLC. We create websites that assists elder people in applying for Medicare and/or Medicaid. This makes for a specific target audience, people turning or older than 65 years old. It is my job to research, test, and construct mockups to make applying on our websites as fluid as possible. Just last year, my redesign of our form flow increased in leads generated across all domains by 25%. I most recently assisted in the redesign of the ClearMatch brand and website.
